We’re interested in meeting exceptional physiotherapists who share our passion for specialist neurological rehabilitation.
NeuroPhysio provides aspirational neurorehabilitation programmes to people with life-changing brain and spinal injuries, as well as other neurological disorders. We’re building a team of clinicians who want to grow, learn and shape what’s possible for people living with neurological injury and long-term conditions, in a dynamic and forward-thinking company that seeks to enhance both your personal and professional life.
We believe that having an effective work-life balance is critical to providing the compassionate, expert care that we are known for. We therefore offer an environment and benefits that enable you to balance your personal life with your professional ambitions. Ambitious clinical careers should be sustainable, and whilst work should challenge and develop you, it should also leave space for family, exercise, interests and life outside physiotherapy. If having time to exercise or walk your children to school each morning is important to you, it’s important to us too.
Good neurological rehabilitation takes thought and time to deliver. We deliberately structure our service so that clinicians have the space to assess thoroughly, plan effectively, and deliver thoughtful, goal-led rehabilitation. We offer genuine flexibility, a place where your voice will be heard to contribute ideas and shape service development, and the opportunity to learn alongside a team of passionate specialist physiotherapists.
Dedicated admin time frees you to focus on what you do best: delivering life-changing rehabilitation. With us, your career isn’t fixed, we develop it collaboratively within a supportive environment that values innovation, curiosity and continuous learning. Our focus is not on seeing the greatest number of clients, but on doing the best possible work for the people we support.
Some of the most meaningful rehabilitation happens outside of a treatment room. Our clinicians work with clients in their homes, gyms, workplaces and community environments, helping rehabilitation translate into real-life function. That might mean practising stairs at home, rebuilding confidence walking outdoors, supporting a return to work, developing fitness in a local gym or helping someone return to a sport or activity that matters to them. We are looking for physiotherapists who enjoy thinking creatively about rehabilitation and who see the person, their environment and their goals, not simply the diagnosis.
NeuroPhysio is a fully employed clinical team rather than a network of independent contractors. That matters to us and means we can genuinely collaborate, share knowledge, discuss complex cases and support each other clinically. You may often work independently with clients, but you should never feel that you are working alone. Our aim is to create a team where people feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas and learning from colleagues with different strengths and experience.
Whether you are building your specialist neuro skills or looking to refine advanced clinical expertise, we provide the framework and encouragement to progress.
Whether you’re developing your specialist interest in neurological physiotherapy or already experienced in complex neurorehabilitation, what matters most to us is your mindset. We’re looking for clinicians who are curious, clinically driven, passionate about neurological recovery and committed to high professional standards. If you value an open environment, collaboration, continuous learning and long-term career growth, we would love to start a conversation.
If our approach to neurological rehabilitation and the way we work resonates with you, we’d like to hear from you. You don’t need to be actively looking for a new job to talk to us.
If you are a physiotherapist who cares about specialist neurological rehabilitation, values high clinical standards and wants to work somewhere that supports both professional ambition and life outside work, we would be pleased to hear from you. We are always interested in meeting thoughtful, motivated clinicians who may be a good fit for NeuroPhysio, whether there is an immediate opportunity or something that develops as our team grows.
Tell us a little about yourself, your clinical interests and what you are looking for from the next stage of your career.
